Frequently Asked Questions

Are these certificates legally valid?
Yes. All certificates are issued by MCI/State Medical Council registered doctors, comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, and are accepted by employers, colleges, RTOs, and government departments.
What if I miss my consultation slot?
You can reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment at no extra charge. If you miss without notice, we'll arrange a new slot — your payment is not forfeited.
How is a 30-minute delivery guaranteed?
Our system immediately assigns an available doctor after payment. The slot is pre-confirmed. Most consultations complete within 5–10 minutes, and documents are generated automatically — so total time rarely exceeds 25–30 minutes.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — full refund if consultation doesn't happen within 45 minutes of payment. Partial refund (service fee deducted) if you cancel before the consultation. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my medical information safe?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow DPDPA (Digital Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines. Medical records are never shared with third parties without your consent.
