Our Guarantee
If we don't deliver your consultation within 45 minutes of payment, or if your doctor declines to issue a certificate, you get a 100% full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@mymedicalcertificate.in with your booking reference ID (e.g., MMC-2024-XXXXXX) and reason for refund.
- Alternatively, use the Support section in your Patient Dashboard (/patient/dashboard) to raise a refund request linked to your booking.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are credited within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Razorpay processing may add 1–2 additional days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Service fee of ₹99 (deducted from patient-initiated cancellations before consultation)
- Convenience fee charged by Razorpay (where applicable)
- Bookings where consultation was completed and certificate was issued
Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time at no extra charge. Rescheduling is available from your Patient Dashboard or by contacting support.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may raise a dispute via your bank or payment provider. We will cooperate fully with Razorpay's chargeback resolution process.
